The Joint Center is seeking a Director of Workforce Development who will lead the Joint Center’s Future of Work Initiative.
The Director will undertake research projects and write and publish solutions-oriented reports, policy briefs, and commentaries; build and manage a team of Joint Center policy analysts and external researchers; represent the Joint Center in professional venues; and engage in development activities to grow the initiative.
Requirements include J.D., Masters, or Ph.D; experience in research of a workforce, economic, or innovation topic; as well as at least 10 years of full-time work experience. We prefer candidates with previous think tank experience.
Salary and benefits are generous relative to comparable positions.
